Musings about my life as a toddler. I am young, angsty and rage against the system. A whatnot. Above all, I love my mummy most. I may grow up to love the Arsenal, cause my papi is one BIG gooner.

My daddy's first ever concert, at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on 29 October 1991. It was Hall and Oates unplugged.

Presidential Elections 2011: Polling Day
Today is the Polling Day for Presidential Elections 2011. My parents voted in the late afternoon. After that, we went to grandma's house and then headed for dinner at Lee Kui (Ah Hoi) restaurant, Mosque Street. The meal was okay and after dinner, we went to City Square before heading home.
Oh, vote count is still going on...however, I am not waiting for the results. I got to sleep early so that I can go swimming tomorrow morning.

The 1st One (aka Specky)
Borders @Wheelock Place is closing... so surreal
My daddy took leave for today. We went for lunch at Sakae Sushi at Wheelock. Most of all, I think my parents wanted a final look at Borders bookshop.13 years ago, Borders probably pioneered the concept of feel-good lifestyle bookshops. Their late opening hours was a huge draw.
Well, it's gonna be over. Saw this hand-written sign there...
Dear Borders Customers,
We’ve had a legendary run here at Wheelock Place. But sadly, all good things must come to an end.
For many of us, Borders holds a very special place in our hearts. Many of us have spent hours idling by the shelves picking up our favourite books and reading our favourite lines over and over again. Some walk through our shop for the familiarity and comfort it brings.
Borders @Wheelock has been a meeting point for many gatherings and maybe even where you met the love of your life.
To us, the staff, it has been the most wonderful and enriching experiences of a lifetime. We’ve made amazing friendships and grown so much as people. Working at Borders has been a privilege to us all.
With heartfelt sincerity, we would like to thank you so very much for your support throughout this entire journey, and seeing us through to the end.
THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING AT BORDERS.
Staff at Borders (Wheelock)
PS. Remember to look after your books
Walao, daddy really feel sibeh touching.
