Flashback: My Year 2012

A recap of my achievements and happenings this year:-

1. I got my international passport.

2. I graduated from K2.

3. I got into the primary school of my parents'choice, aided by 40 hours of parent volunteering and luckily, no balloting.

4. I was the star of my skool's K2 Graduation Ceremony.

5. Daddy bought an "ïpad"for me to play Temple Run, Diamond Dash, Angry Birds, Sprinkler Free, etc.

6. I went overseas for the 1st time, to Legoland Malaysia.

7. My abacus skill improved... tremendously. Even daddy lose to me.

8. I still love going for my ballet classes.

9. I sang an entire chinese song "我们等你" during a RC block party.

10. I went to the cinema for the first time and watched "Rise of the Guardians" with my parents.

11. I went on stage and sang in the "Barbie Princess & Popstar" show at Jurong Point.

12. I like the song, "Let's Hear It For The Boy" by Deniece Williams. It was a favourite 80s tune of my daddy too.

13. I went to Tanglin Mall snow and had ice-skating fun at Novena Square during December again.

14. I believe that my K2 teacher, Mrs Jessie Teo is a fairy godmother.

15. That Triple H is a better wrestler than Ric Flair.

16. I went to Science Centre twice even though daddy dislikes Jurong.

17. That the Rolling Stones turn 50 this year and still rocking as ever. Daddy loves Keef.

18. Thanks to PSY, I get to dance like a horse.

19. A certain dance tune sounded like... a constipated cow singing through hisher backside and rolling over a bed of broken glass.

20. Finally... I am the biggest "My Little Pony" fan in Singapore. Truly, the year of the horse.

Daddy was having dinner with his colleagues. They were talking about the panda bears that were in town. After dinner, when they ordered coffee, then came these two cups...

I broke my new drinking bottle today. Sigh...

I promise...

I promised my parents that come this December, I will...

1. Brush teeth by myself,
2. No more carrying as I will walk, no matter the distance,
3. Eat by myself, no more feeding, and
4. Bath by myself.

Cause' I am going to Primary One next year!

My blue fighting fish kicked the bucket over the weekend. Mother thinks I was the cause as I never feed the fish daily or properly.

Yesterday was Grand-Aunty Jenny's funeral send off. Papa took a day's leave for that. After the event ended, he went for rojak at Toa Payoh with grandma, Grand Uncle William and Grand-Aunty Lucy.

He was chatting with them happily and came back with our dinner rather late. Mummy and myself were very HUNGRY...

The Refund

Finally, papi got his cheque for the refund of S$110 TV licence late last week. Thank God, it came. He was like kinda impatient about it, as most of his colleagues have received theirs.
