Mommy dearest's birthday

My mummy dearest's birthday cake. That papa again bought the durian mousse cake from Goodwood Park. Year in year out, always this durian cake. We (me and mummy) want a different cake next year. One thing though, the cake is delicious!

The flair merchants

My daddy went to Square II this morning. I think it was to the bank for a new bank book. Like any Singaporeans, he loves to update his bank book and admire the figures....Over there, he chance upon a DVD shop selling his favourite wrestling DVDs. Better still, it was S$3 for the entire set.

While he was obviously delighted with the purchase. Mummy poured cold water by saying such 80s wrestling DVDs are passe, hence the S$3 per set lelong. He beg to differ.

The challenge was for us to get the best of Road Warriors DVDs for S$3 too!!! Oh wait, wait, wait. He wants more now... Brett Hart, The Hart Foundation, George "The Animal" Steele, Scott "Big Poppa Pump" Steiner, The 4 Horsemen, Macho Man, Demolition, Powers of Pain, etc. This man is greedy.

The big FB moment...

I think this week or today's big news is not about MRT breaking down. It is all about our Prime Minister Lee joining Facebook. My daddy ain't got one. I think he should do one soon.

Is my daddy okay? No facebook, no iphone, no ipad, worked on the same job for > 15 years, eat wan tun mee every Sunday, etc. Ha ha...

Today is my 伯伯's birthday. Heard from daddy that he will come back from Shanghai this June. Want to say a Happy Birthday to 伯伯!

Oh, I didn't go skool today as I got a slight fever. Mummy sms teacher and she sms back asking me to take care. My house was crowded this morning. The Open Net and air-con contractors all came by to install the fibre optics cables and service our house's air con respectively.

Right after our heavy dinner, we went hunting for a cake shop. Alas, not one cake shop at Valley Point.

We settled for ice cream at The Ice Cream Gallery nearby... I had cookie & cream ice cream while grandma, 姑姑, mummy and daddy all had D24 and mao shang wan ice cream. We headed home after that. Yummy....

姑姑's birthday dinner

Today is the start of my Term 2 ballet classes. After my ballet class, we went to grandma's house and then headed to Kura Kura Japanese restaurant at Valley Point for 姑姑's birthday dinner.
