Flood Preparedness "Exercise"
We were walking to abuela's place for dinner earlier. The many sandbags on those HDB "terrace" houses along Jalan Mamor and Jalan Bahagia caught me and my parents' eyes.
Papi was telling mummy that it could be standard issues from HDB, Town Council or PUB.
All those houses there have been spared of floods previously... till now. Walao. Really, man. No amount of engineering can save Singapore from floods.
