Floods? Not again

There is another round of flood this morning... Seriously, it has gone from once in 50 years to roughly twice in a week. Nowadays, better bring along swimming gear before leaving the house. Wear one's goggles, trunks, swimsuits, carry ring floats or foam boards everywhere. Ditch your ez-link cards for boats, kayaks, dinghys or anything that floats. In any case, I got this...Stay safe!
